KRÜSI Badplanung

For KRÜSI Badplanung, a digital presence was created that puts trust, independence and personal guidance at its center. The project was supported from the start by das Kreativkollektiv, our creative collective – from strategic consulting through positioning and service structure to technical implementation. The goal was to present an offering that needs explanation – the neutral planning of a bathroom renovation without any sales interests – in a way that lets building owners understand immediately what to expect: “Beautiful. Practical. Well thought out.”

At the center is a bright, calm design that follows the aesthetics of modern bathrooms and gives the images room to breathe. The content is structured along the clients’ questions: from the typical uncertainties of a bathroom renovation through services, a three-step process and trust arguments to the two service models – on-site or online planning – with transparent pricing. An extensive FAQ section anticipates hesitations, and the personal profile of Rémy Krüsi makes it tangible who stands behind the advice.

The presence is complemented by an individual client portal based on ClientSpace, the application developed by KOMUNIQUE. Clients find plans, documents and the current project status bundled in one place; on Rémy Krüsi’s side, the portal is fully integrated into the application and into email correspondence. All client information comes together compactly instead of being scattered across inboxes, folders and notes – less searching, more overview and a noticeably more professional workflow in everyday project work. The implementation took place within das Kreativkollektiv: strategic consulting jointly as a team, concept and copy by Tina Bubenhofer (text aha.), visual design by Katja Saenze (Grafik Art) and technical implementation by Philipp Roth (KOMUNIQUE). The result is a high-quality, easy-to-understand web presence with a connected client portal that makes the care and independence of KRÜSI Badplanung visible.
